In accordance with LR 9.2.6E, the Company confirms that its Articles of Incorporation set out the terms and conditions on which its listed securities were issued and the Articles are available on the Financial Conduct Authority's National Storage Mechanism at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

The Company can also confirm that pursuant to the introduction of the new Listing Rule 2.13.11 of The International Stock Exchange (“TISE”), the listing documents of the Company in relation to the listing of the Company’s securities on the TISE dated 17 May 2016, 6 July 2016 and 3 July 2017 are available on the Company’s website at https://www.theravenpropertygroup.com/investors/
